    Prong Accuracy

    This map shows a scan of a printed ring overlaid with the original 3D model. the color mapping indicates differences, with the green areas revealing dimensional accuracy within ± 0.1mm. This ring, printed at 0.05 mm (50 micron) layers with Fine Detail print settings, also demonstrates prong accuracy, with both large and smaller prongs printing with a very small dimensional deviation of just ± 0.03mm.

    Burnout Schedule


    Castable Resin has been tested to leave minimum ash behind after burnout, leaving behind a clean void in the mold. Work with our recommended casting houses or use our verified burnout process to go from 3D print to metal with little to no testing.


    NOTE:

    To achieve desired durability, prints made with Castable Resin should be post-cured approximately 120 minutes at a 45°C temperature under a 405 nm wavelength light source.
