MPEG MovieMaker 200 product families video and audio interfaces, video resolutions, audio encoding multiplexing capabilities - all on a single encoding board. boards are based on a unique modular design, optimizing applications, bandwidths and price point requirements.

MPEG MovieMaker 200, Optibase's new generation of MPEG and Dolby Digital™ encoding solutions, uses sophisticated technology to provide you with a wide choice of encoding platforms. MPEG MovieMaker 200 product families offer the full range of video and audio interfaces, video resolutions, audio encoding formats and MPEG multiplexing capabilities - all on a single encoding board. MPEG MovieMaker 200 boards are based on a unique modular design, optimizing them for different markets, applications, bandwidths and price point requirements.

MPEG MovieMaker 200 Basic is available in the following configurations:

MM200 Basic HD1 (up to Half D-1 resolutions)

MM200 Basic FD1 (up to Full D-1 resolutions, without VBR).

MM200 Basic FD1 VBR encodes up to 2/3 D-1 and supports 704 vertical resolution. This platform is also suitable for SVCD title creation.

MPEG MovieMaker 200 Basic boards come bundled with the MPEG Composer™ Starter, Optibase's encoding management application which allows you to test your encoding hardware and immediately initiate creation of digital video files or streams.

For video distribution, MPEG MovieMaker 200 Basic can be used with the optional MPEG ComMotion™, Optibase's video streaming software solution.
